We are so happy with the service we received from Dowlers heating and cooling. We were told our AC/heat unit needed completely replaced by a different company. I had called Dowlers to come give a quote. They listened to our concerns and found out that our heat had been (unknowingly to us) rigged to run continuously. This was fixed promptly and on the spot. We needed a blower motor for an old, but otherwise functional, furnace. Another company came out and misdiagnosed the problem (badly) and decided they couldn’t do anything without a second, more expensive call. Bob sent Brad out, who took one look at the unit and said, “the kill switch is off b/c the door is opened.” The other company missed that completely and didn’t even get to the bad blower motor but blamed the wiring!! Brad tried to get the motor working again, but it was past repair. Dowler took the time to find a compatible motor and got it installed as soon as it was (finally!) delivered. 100% excellent work. And their prices are competitive. What else could you want?!

Furnace went out late on a Saturday night and I called their emergency line. Bob sat on the phone with me late at night and walked me through step by step how to fix the problem. When all was said and done, furnace was good as new and Bob didn’t even charge for his service.
